The secure online booking form is accessed as a popup window that is opened by the customer clicking on the 'Accept' button. This ensures that by placing an online booking on the site the customer agrees to the terms and conditions that are shown on the page.
To enable the EseBooking secure booking service on your site, all that is needed is to add the 'Accept' button to a page showing the relevant Terms and Conditions and any caveats as required.
The secure booking form itself is designed for ease of use and simplicity. It only has the minimum number of fields required to capture the booking details, and it provides informative responses if the customer makes any errors in filling out the form. Prices are calculated using the rates set up in the EseBooking database, but they can be overridden in the Administration Console, giving you the flexibility to agree special rates with special customers.

You don't need to enter a real credit card number - although the booking page is secure, there is no need to use real data. If you key in 16 zeros, or the sequence 1234 four times, the system will accept this as a test booking.
If you don't want to put in your own postcode, you can either put in AB1 2CD, or you can leave it blank and tick the "outside UK" box.
To get the maximum benefit, you will need to put in your own email address, as the system automatically sends confirmation emails when bookings are made and confirmed.
Feel free to try out the various options available - as you can see, it's very easy to use! Remember, if you register for a username and password, you can access the Administration Console and work with any "test" bookings you make.
